PC to Phone service allows making international calls from personal computers using PC Dialer and internet connection (speed >= 33.6 kb/s). This is a comfortable way to make calls to friends and partners from anywhere in the world, covered by internet. Our Subscribers can make and receive free of charge calls to each other.
It needs to sign up first to create your account and after download simple PC Dialer here. Below are presented instructions for setting up and registering the PC Dialer:

Step 1	Open the PC Dialer (EyeBeam)
Step 2	You will see a screen like the (a) below, click the “Add...” button in the SIP Accounts window (b).

Step 3	You will now see a window (c) with tabs across the top, and fields to be filled. Follow the directions below to fill the fields within each tab.

Step 4	Fill in the field as mentioned below: Display name: IP-Bridge User name: Received user name Password: Received password Authorization user name: Received user name Domain: 72.55.168.12 “Register with domain and receive incoming calls” option should be CHECKED and the “target domain” button selected. The dialing plan should be left as its default which is: #1aa.T;match=1;prestrip=2 All other settings should be as default. Once setup as above, click the “Apply” button and then click the “OK” button.
Step 5	You will now be back at the SIP accounts screen. Click the “Close” button as shown in the picture (d) below:

Step 6	The EyeBeam software will now attempt to register (login) to our server. You should see this happen in a few seconds and, if successful, you will see a screen like this(e):
	If you receive an error message, please verify that your internet connection is working and re-verify the settings.
Step 7	Now you can make international calls from you computer. You should dial the destination number in the following format: Country code - Area code – Phone Number For example: 374 10 123456 Please contact us in case of any questions or problems.

The billing increment is 1 second starting from the 1-st second. No connection fees or other charges
